Clients participate in both individual and group therapy to address personal challenges while building meaningful connections with others in recovery. Evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapies help reshape thought patterns, regulate emotions, and process unresolved experiences.
