Harmony Place takes a balanced, holistic approach to recovery—focusing on each individual’s strengths and potential rather than diagnosis alone. Treatment plans integrate evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), alongside complementary practices including yoga, acupuncture, and massage therapy to support mind–body healing. Clients receive highly personalized care, including three individual therapy sessions per week, group therapy, couples and family counseling, and structured relapse prevention education. A multidisciplinary team of licensed physicians, psychiatrists, and therapists ensures comprehensive, coordinated care throughout treatment.
Recovery at Harmony Place extends well beyond discharge. Graduates are invited to participate in weekly on-site alumni meetings, virtual aftercare groups, and community-based social events that promote connection and accountability. Alumni also have opportunities to mentor current residential and outpatient clients, fostering purpose and shared growth across all stages of recovery.
