Intensive, Personalized Therapeutic Care

Altus Rehab provides a robust clinical schedule that includes weekly individual therapy, group therapy, and family or couples sessions. Clients also participate in ongoing psychoeducation, therapeutic bodywork, and nutrition counseling to support holistic recovery. Regular individual therapy sessions allow clients to explore underlying challenges, clarify goals, and build sustainable coping strategies. Family therapy is grounded in Family Systems psychology, offering education, communication tools, and meaningful connection for loved ones involved in the recovery process.

Comprehensive Whole-Person Treatment

Throughout treatment, Altus Rehab addresses a wide range of co-occurring mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, personality disorders, trauma-related conditions, and disordered eating. An on-site nutritionist provides specialized nutrition therapy to support physical health and address eating-related concerns. Altus Rehab follows a non–12-step treatment model, emphasizing progressive, individualized care that respects each client’s unique background, beliefs, and recovery goals.
