About Seven Arrows Recovery

Seven Arrows Recovery is a unique holistic approach to treating addiction and mental health problems that happen at the same time. They help people heal for a long time by using a mix of evidence-b

ased, holistic, and spiritual therapies that are tailored to each person. Seven Arrows Recovery offers trauma-informed, strengths-based care that focuses on each person's needs, objectives, and growth. They also pick you up and drop you off at the airport to make things easier.

Recovery Based on Evidence for Dual Diagnosis

Seven Arrows Recovery helps people with main addiction and mental health issues that happen at the same time, like PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. They use a number of therapies that are based on research to assist clients heal from all of their conditions at the same time. Some of the methods they provide are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodrama, art therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), narrative exposure therapy, equine-assisted learning, motivational interviewing, and more.

Individualized and all-encompassing

During their stay at Seven Arrows Recovery, each client has a therapist who works with them. They get together for one-on-one sessions once or twice a week. Clients get 4 hours of group therapy and 2 hours of other therapies per day. One of them is equine-assisted learning, and each client gets to take care of one of 30 horses throughout their stay. Trauma-informed yoga, gardening, fitness, astronomy, trips, and sweat lodge sessions are some of their other holistic therapies. Seven Arrows Recovery also includes Indigenous culture, healing, and traditions in their programs.

Supportive Care for Clients and Their Families: Seven Arrows Recovery invites family visits on Sundays from 2 to 5 PM. Clients can also use their phones for half an hour each night to make business calls if they need to. Seven Arrows Recovery can help clients get more therapy in an outpatient setting after they finish residential treatment. They can also help clients arrange up detox treatments before they get there if they need to. Clients meet once a week for alumni meetings and 12-Step meetings on site, and there are other alumni events throughout the year.
