Casa Serena offers specialized substance use and dual diagnosis treatment exclusively for women in Santa Barbara, California. The program is thoughtfully designed to address the unique challenges women face in achieving sobriety, restoring balance, and building lasting wellness. While Casa Serena provides a full continuum of care, this location focuses specifically on comprehensive residential treatment.
At Casa Serena, women participate in a personalized treatment plan that blends clinically proven therapies with holistic healing services. Evidence-based approaches include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), 12-Step facilitation, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Clients also benefit from art therapy, nutrition and wellness support, and yoga to strengthen both emotional and physical well-being.
Each woman receives individualized attention throughout her recovery journey, including support from a dedicated counselor who helps address co-occurring mental health conditions and develop practical tools for long-term sobriety. After completing residential care, clients can transition into Casa Serena’s upscale sober living homes and continue treatment through outpatient services for ongoing support.
Located just blocks from the Pacific Ocean, Casa Serena provides a peaceful, home-like setting where women can heal in comfort. The residence combines upscale accommodations with a strong sense of sisterhood and community, fostering connection and mutual encouragement throughout recovery.
