After completing residential treatment, clients can continue their journey through outpatient services and dedicated alumni support programs.

Serenity Malibu maintains a small client base—typically 8 to 10 individuals at a time—to ensure highly personalized and attentive care. The program also caters to executives and professionals by offering private treatment options tailored to their unique needs. A separate residence is available for working professionals, equipped with WiFi, workspace accommodations, and added privacy, allowing clients to stay connected to their responsibilities while focusing on recovery.

The interior features upscale furnishings and private bedrooms with either ocean or hillside vistas.
