Clinical services include individual, group, and family therapy, along with proven modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address the underlying drivers of addiction. Complementary holistic therapies—such as exercise therapy, nutrition counseling, massage, and yoga—support whole-person wellness and emotional balance. Specialized programming is also available for individuals facing sex addiction, offering targeted, compassionate care that promotes healing, stress reduction, and sustainable recovery.
Recovery at Wellbrook is grounded in connection. Through therapist-led group and family therapy, clients are supported by peers who understand their challenges and loved ones who are committed to healing together. These shared therapeutic experiences help repair strained relationships, strengthen communication, and foster deeper understanding—key elements in building a strong foundation for long-term recovery.
Wellbrook’s thoughtfully designed setting offers a peaceful retreat where comfort and functionality support healing. Inviting common spaces and beautifully landscaped grounds create an immediate sense of calm, while modern bedrooms provide privacy and restorative rest. In-room iPads with streaming services offer relaxation during downtime, reinforcing balance throughout the day. What people are saying
On a weekly basis, for a few hours, members meet one-on-one with one of our licensed professionals in a private setting to explore their addiction, strategize and heal. It is then that the individual’s most personal struggles with addiction and underlying mental health are addressed. These sessions are also a great time to build positive coping skills, and to set goals and chart the path forward.
Read moreA dual diagnosis is present when drug and alcohol addiction is accompanied by a mental health disorder, such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Because these co-occurring conditions feed into one another, we believe it’s important to treat them at the same time in order for our clients to truly break the cycle and begin to heal and move forward with their lives in recovery.
